Enter MES AMIES, a Toronto-based streetwear line created by best friends Pamela Saikaly and Meghan Cossmann. Unsurprisingly, the pair conceptualized the streetwear brand at the height of the pandemic, focusing on sweatpants and cute cotton cropped tops. But their simple, curated and stylish first collection includes the most comfortable sweatpants I have ever experienced, and they have held up after at least five washes. They are sturdy but so soft, plush on the inside, and have a relaxed but not ultra baggy silhouette that makes me feel slightly less embarrassed to be wearing sweats everywhere I go these days.
