When will my order be shipped?

Processing can take up to 3 business days once your order is placed, after which your order will be provided to the shipping carrier to make its way to you.  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Once you enter your address at check out, you will see the shipping options for your international order. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package's destination.

When will my preorder ship?

Preorders will ship in 6-8 weeks.

What if my order has preorder and regular items?

If your order contains a mix of preorder and in stock items, all items will ship on the preorder date. If you want them to ship on separate dates, please make two different orders.

Why does MES AMIES do preorders?

We are committed to producing in small quantities to reduce waste and overconsumption. As our small business grows, preorders help us make sure you can place your order before we go out of stock but also not order too many pieces.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you live in Canada, your item can take 2-6 business days to arrive. For all other countries, shipping varies between 6-21 business days.

I've received my confirmation number, but still have not received my tracking number.

Items can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number. If it's been past 3 days, please reach out to us at info@shopmesamies.com
