RETURN POLICY
We are sorry you didn't love your order! Returns are accepted within 14 days from your date of delivery for a full refund. Returns shipped within 15-30 days from your date of delivery will be issued store credit. After 30 days from your date of delivery, all orders are considered final sale.
All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached and MES AMIES reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide with our return policy. Please note that MES AMIES is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for the return is deemed our error. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. We advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For orders placed between November 20 and December 24, we are happy to extend our return and store credit policy until January 10, 2024. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. After January 10, all orders will be considered final sale.

PROCESSING
Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as store credit back onto a gift card.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate your return, please send an email to info@shopmesamies.com that includes your name, order number, item name and quantity and reason for return. We will email you a confirmation with our return shipping address and further instructions.
