Where is MES AMIES based?
We are a female owned e-commerce brand based in Toronto, Ontario.
When will my order be shipped?
Processing can take up to 3 business days once your order is placed, after which your order will be provided to the shipping carrier to make its way to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Once you enter your address at check out, you will see the shipping options for your international order. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package's destination.
Will I be charged duties?
Canadian customers will not be charged duties. However for international customers, we cannot estimate customs charges and you may incur associated duties. Refusal to do so will result in your package being sent back to us.
What currency is your shop in?
Our prices are set to $ USD; however, you can change the currency to that of your choosing using our currency converter.
Why do you charge in $ USD if you're a Canadian company?
As most of our expenses are in $ USD, our shop is set to charge in $ USD as the foreign exchange risk is high. However, we do our best to keep our prices competitive - please use the currency converter to find your preferred currency.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you live in Canada, your item can take 2-6 business days to arrive. For all other countries, shipping varies between 6-21 business days.
I've received my confirmation number, but still have not received my tracking number.
Items can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number. If it's been past 3 days, please reach out to us at email@example.com
Do you accept returns?

Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately, MES AMIES does not offer price adjustments. Once an order is placed, we cannot retroactively add a discount. This applies to both full price and sale items.
Can I cancel my order?
Once orders have been placed, our fulfillment team works very quickly to send your orders! If you don't love your order once you receive it, you can request a return. Please refer to our returns policy for more information on how you can return your purchase.
